St. Catherine of Siena

All volunteers are required to complete an online training program through Virtus.org which includes the Protecting God’s Children course, a background check, and other paperwork required by the Diocese of Rockford before they are able to volunteer at school.

Please contact the school office if you believe you have already completed all the necessary paperwork and training and I would be happy to check to see if we have everything up to date for you. 

If you are new to being a volunteer at St. Catherine’s and would like to complete the training to become a volunteer,

please create an account at:
Virtus.org

and select “First Time Registrant” to set up an account.

Under the location option, you will choose Rockford, IL and then enter the password: 2train! to access the training.

The prompts will walk you through the process. The training will take approximately 45 minutes to complete. Once you have completed the online training, the school office will be notified and we will run the background check on your information to finalize things for your Virtus account. We will notify you once everything is completed.
